GENERAL

By logging into our system, you agree to the Terms of Service (“TOS”) provided by Enrichment Hacks. These TOS govern the services offered by Enrichment Hacks to you, the customer (“You”). Enrichment Hacks reserves the right to update the TOS at its discretion, with prior notice sent to you via email.

DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS & SERVICE

Enrichment Hacks offers an innovative Service that allows users to transmit information through SMS text messages using a user-friendly website. By using the Service, you acknowledge that it may include certain email communications from Enrichment Hacks, such as service announcements and administrative messages, which are considered part of your membership. Any new features that enhance or expand the Service will also be subject to the TOS. You understand that the Service is provided “AS-IS” and you are responsible for obtaining access to it, including any associated fees and necessary equipment.

ENRICHMENT HACKS PRIVACY POLICY

In order to create your account, you must provide certain information to Enrichment Hacks. Your information will not be released to anyone without your prior approval, except when required by law. Enrichment Hacks collects phone numbers of prospective members for SMS access, but these numbers will never be shared.

MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY

Upon completing the registration process, you will receive a password and account designation for the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and you are fully liable for all activities carried out using your password or account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use or security breach, you must immediately notify Enrichment Hacks. Failure to comply with this may result in loss or damage for which Enrichment Hacks is not liable.

MEMBER CONDUCT

You agree that Enrichment Hacks may access, preserve, and disclose your account information and content if required by law or in good faith belief that it is necessary to: comply with legal processes, enforce the TOS, respond to customer service requests, protect the rights, property, or safety of Enrichment Hacks, its users, and the public, or respond to a legally issued subpoena or court order. You understand that the Service involves technical processing and transmission, as well as security components that protect digital materials. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or exhibition of materials provided on the Service is strictly prohibited.

INDEMNITY

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Enrichment Hacks, its officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claims, complaints, demands, or lawsuits, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from your subscription or use of Enrichment Hacks services.

NO RESALE OF SERVICE

The Enrichment Hacks service is non-transferable, and you may not reproduce, sell, trade, or exploit any portion of the Service for commercial purposes.

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

Enrichment Hacks reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.

TERMINATION

Under certain circumstances and without prior notice, Enrichment Hacks may terminate your account and access to the Service. Such circumstances may include breaches of the TOS, requests by law enforcement or government agencies, self-initiated account deletions, discontinuation or modification of the Service, technical or security issues, or engagement in fraudulent or illegal activities. Termination includes the deletion of your password and account information, as well as the barring of further Service usage. All terminations for cause will be made at Enrichment Hacks’ sole discretion.

ENRICHMENT HACKS PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

The Service and its associated software contain proprietary and confidential information protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly authorized by Enrichment Hacks, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, sell, or distribute the Service or its software, in whole or in part.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

You understand and agree that your use of the Service is at your own risk. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Enrichment Hacks expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Enrichment Hacks makes no warranty regarding the uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free nature of the Service, the accuracy or reliability of the results obtained from its use, or the correction of any software errors. Any advice or information obtained from Enrichment Hacks or the Service does not create any warranty not expressly stated in the TOS. If you or anyone in your family has an epileptic condition, consult a physician before using the Service, as it may trigger seizures or other symptoms.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Enrichment Hacks shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, the cost of obtaining substitute goods and services, or any other matter relating to the Service.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

NOTICE

Enrichment Hacks may provide you with notices regarding changes to the TOS through email, regular mail, or postings on the Service.

TRADEMARK INFORMATION

Enrichment Hacks logos, trademarks, and service marks are the property of Enrichment Hacks. You are granted permission to use these marks in your advertising and marketing campaigns.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The TOS constitute the entire agreement between you and Enrichment Hacks, governing your use of the Service and superseding any prior agreements. The TOS are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Maryland. The failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOS does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Your Enrichment Hacks account is non-transferable, and rights to your account terminate upon your death. Any claim or cause of action related to the Service or the TOS must be filed within one year or be forever barred. The section titles in the TOS are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
